Sure Petcare Connecting Hub is the link between the Sure Petcare app and your Sure Petcare connected products (Microchip Pet Door Connect, Microchip Cat Flap Connect, Microchip Pet Feeder Connect and Felaqua Connect).

The Hub enables you to control your connected products using the Sure Petcare app by connecting your Sure Petcare connected product to the internet. When your pet uses a Sure Petcare connected product, it sends the information to the Hub. Then the Hub communicates with your Sure Petcare app via the internet – wherever you are! Control your connected product from your phone and get notifications from anywhere in the world!
